MIDTERM #1

<Work Progress Screenshots>

             This is an original image of a red-eyed baby opened in GIMP. My name is written on the image in yellow using the paintbrush tool. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics.              This is a screenshot of the image zoomed under 400%. This allows me to work with the red eye easier. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics. For details, visit the immersive BC portal at http://ImmersiveEducation.org/@/bc

               This is a screenshot of the red section of the baby's eye filled out with darker red, using the color picker tool and the paintbrush tool. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics. For details, visit the immersive BC portal at http://ImmersiveEducation.org/@/bc

This is a screenshot of a zoomed-out image where the baby's red eye is removed. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics. For details, visit the immersive BC portal at http://ImmersiveEducation.org/@/bc

<Final Product>

In this photo I used the Zoom-in Zoom-out options to make the image smaller and bigger. I used the color picker tool, which allowed me to pick out the color that I wanted from the image, and then used the paintbrush tool to fill out the red eye with the color that I picked. Now, the red eye is removed! It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. The course is called Discovering Computer Graphics.
